The renovation of the American Wood Rim building continues. The old, rotten wood that filled in between the support pillars has been removed. The wood was replaced with cement blocks, which were filled with concrete and covered in spray-on insulation.  The foundation has been completed.  Chappa Construction replaced the roof and began work on the porches.  The lot has been graded to ensure drainage away from the building.
