The renovation of the American Wood Rim building continues. The old, rotten wood that filled in between the support pillars has been removed. The wood was replaced with cement blocks, which were filled with concrete and covered in spray-on insulation.  The foundation has been completed.  Chappa Construction will begin work on the roof, removing three layers of shingles in preparation for new roofing.  The lot is being graded to ensure drainage away from the building.
